About Us
Macomb Cricket Club (MCC) is the oldest and one of the premier cricket organizations in Michigan, dedicated to promoting the sport and fostering a strong cricketing community. Established in 2001 with just 13 members, MCC has grown significantly over the years, becoming a hub for cricket enthusiasts in the region. The club is also a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, committed to developing young talent, providing training programs to nurture the next generation of cricketers.
A major milestone in MCC’s journey came in 2004 when it secured its first championship victory—a testament to the dedication and skill of its players. Another defining achievement has been the development of two dedicated cricket grounds at Trombly Park (Warren) and CRC Park (New Haven). These facilities have been instrumental in providing a platform for competitive matches, youth training programs, and community engagement, further strengthening MCC’s mission to grow the sport at all levels.
As the oldest cricket club in Michigan, MCC has played a pioneering role in the development and expansion of the sport across the state. Built on the values of excellence, sportsmanship, and inclusivity, the club welcomes players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re an experienced cricketer or just starting out, Macomb Cricket Club offers a competitive yet supportive environment to learn, play, and connect with fellow cricket enthusiasts.
